Taught by local and international professionals, the Academy’s courses combine technical expertise, discipline and academic rigor to prepare its students for the expectations of a demanding local and international clientele.
Designed to enhance employability as soon as students graduate, 70% of the course is devoted to practical work in the Villa Boutanga – a guest house located on the Academy site – and its restaurant, Le Jacaranda: Le Jacaranda.
Approved by the French Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, the Academy prepares its students for the three DQP specialties in the hotel, catering and tourism sectors.
The Académie Hôtelière des Grasslands offers an innovative training program that passes on industry know-how, encourages the development of innovative skills and promotes the culinary heritage of Cameroon and Africa.
